Hand Held Aspirators for Spinning ProcessesThe reliability and capacity of aspirators directly affect the productivity of fiber production during string up and doffing.
The newly developed AIR components aspirators series AS H and AS L ensure a quality string up of filament-yarns at spinning and spin-draw machines at highest production speeds.

Optimized suction- and jet stages create a higher tension at reduced air consumption.
The compact design and the low weight of the equipment enable an easy handling.
The application range of the aspirators covers all standard materials like PES, PA, PP etc. up to 10.000 deniers and speeds up to 8000m/min.
Ceramic parts and coatings offer wear resistance and long operation life.

attachments increase the flexibility and performance. The aspirators are obtainable as desired with:
Pressure and waste hose, ceramic or plasma coated eyelets, polyamide protection sleeve on the suction pipe offering protection against contact with godets.
Important for a successful string up of filaments yarn is sufficient high tension.
The yarn tension is mainly dependent on the aspirator type, the supplied compressed air, the number of filaments and the yarn speed.
 |
In the diagram is represented the tension of Aspirator AS H7 and AS L7 in relation to the supply air pressure.
The Aspirator AS H7, for highest yarn speeds up to 8000m/min, guarantees
a 20% higher tension compared to the AS L7.

Important for the economy is the air consumption.
AIR components Aspirators need less air consumption to obtain the same power.
Calculation of air-consumption:
AS L5 , 7 , 10 q=34,28 x (Pe+1)
AS H5 , 7 , 10 q=48,57 x (Pe+1)
q in Nm3/h; Pe=operation pressure in bar
The air-consumption at 6 bar is for:
AS L5 , 7 , 10 q=240Nm3/h
AS H5 , 7 , 10 q=340Nm3/h
1 Nm3= 35.29 SCFH (Standard Cubic Feet/Hr)
